Specialty medications have transformed what is possible in the treatment of chronic conditions. But a prescription and insurance coverage do not always guarantee access. For many patients, high out-of-pocket costs remain the final barrier to receiving the treatment their healthcare provider has prescribed.
Triple Aim Health Foundation exists to close that gap. As an independent nonprofit, we provide charitable financial assistance to eligible patients facing the cost of specialty medications—helping ensure cost does not become the final barrier to treatment.

Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee approval. Final eligibility is determined after review of a complete application and required supporting information. Assistance is subject to available funding.
